Buying equipment outright ties up cash that most businesses would rather keep for stock, wages and growth. PMCS sits between you and the finance provider: we work out what assets you need, help you understand the documents the bank or finance house will ask for, and put you in front of providers whose criteria suit your business and the asset involved. The provider then assesses the application under its own credit policy and, if approved, funds the equipment. We don't lend money ourselves, and we can't promise an approval or a particular rate; that decision stays with the provider.

Once the agreement is signed, the asset is supplied and installed by PMCS where it falls within our trade, which covers security, solar, electrical, air conditioning, fire protection and most building infrastructure. The responsibilities of PMCS, the client and the finance provider are each set out in their own agreement, so everyone knows who is accountable for what over the term.

This is where our model differs from a plain finance broker. For any asset we supply or install, PMCS carries out the agreed servicing and maintenance for the full rental or finance period under a separate service agreement. If a camera fails, an inverter faults or a fire panel is due for inspection, you call the same people who installed it rather than chasing a supplier the bank introduced you to.

The result is one point of contact for the equipment, a maintenance record that insurers and auditors can follow, and assets that are still working when the final instalment is paid.
